*Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. By booking, you agree to the  full terms & conditions as outlined in the FAQ section below.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations:

    • Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

    • Sessions are weather dependent — if conditions are unsuitable, the session will be rescheduled to one of the backup dates: 29 or 30 November. The same delivery guarantee applies.

    Timing:

    • Please arrive 5 minutes early — sessions are tightly scheduled, and late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.

    • Sessions will run for approximately 15 minutes.

    Images & Usage:

    • A minimum of 15 edited digital images will be delivered via an online gallery by 3 December 2025.

    • Images are provided for personal use only (printing, sharing with friends and family, social media). Commercial use is not permitted without written consent.

    Other Notes:

    • The session is limited to immediate family members only. Extended family sessions require a separate booking.

    • Please let me know if you plan to bring pets so we can plan accordingly.

    • By booking, you agree to these terms.

  • First and foremost: please wear your favourite outfit and whatever you are the most comfortable in. It doesn’t all have to be white and beige even though that’s always a safe choice. Generally, I recommend:

    • Nothing too formal

    • No clashing colours or patterns, and avoid all being in white shirts - a mix & match of colours is best

    • Whites, creams & browns work really well, so do pastels like light blue or blush, alongside denim & chinos

    • Bold colours - especially red, pink and purple - work so well! Do it :)

    • No shoes & sunnies

    • Bring your favourite accessories such as hats or scarfs

    • Avoid big logos

    • Any toys or comforters that your little one may need to get through the session happily AND that you are happy to have in the photos (editing toys out won’t be possible)

    • SNACKS. SNACKS. AND SNACKS. Hungry kids won’t have any fun.

  • You will receive your personal gallery with professionally edited photos by 3 December latest - plenty of time for prints and gifts.
