Rescheduling due to bad weather:

• Sessions are weather dependent — if conditions are unsuitable, the session will be rescheduled to one of the backup dates: 29 or 30 November. The same delivery guarantee applies.

Cancellations:

• I understand that things can change — especially with little ones. Cancellations are possible up until the time of your shoot.

• Please note that bookings are non-refundable, however the value of your pre-payment can be credited toward a future session.

• Please note: I can not guarantee availability for a make-up session prior to Christmas, or if we do find a day that works, I will likely not be able to deliver your gallery prior to Christmas.

Timing:

• Please arrive 5 minutes early — sessions are tightly scheduled, and late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.

• Sessions will run for approximately 15 minutes.

Images & usage:

• A minimum of 15 edited digital images will be delivered via an online gallery by 3 December 2025.

• Images are provided for personal use only (printing, sharing with friends and family, social media). Commercial use is not permitted without written consent.

Other notes:

• The session is limited to immediate family members only. Extended family sessions require a separate booking.

• Please let me know if you plan to bring pets so we can plan accordingly.

• By booking, you agree to these terms.

I hope we’ll get a beautiful golden sunset to make your Christmas family photos glow.

But in case we see a cloudy and/or wet weather forecast, I have two backup dates scheduled at this stage:

• Saturday 29 November

• Sunday 30 November

Please keep those two dates free.
The same delivery timeline applies, so you’ll get your photos on time.

You will receive your personal gallery with 15 professionally edited photos by 3 December - plenty of time for prints and gifts.

First and foremost: please wear your favourite outfit and whatever you & the kids are the most comfortable in. It doesn’t all have to be white and beige, even though that’s always a safe choice.

Generally, I recommend:

• Nothing too formal

• No clashing colours or patterns, and avoid all wearing the same colours - a mix & match is best

• Whites, beige & browns always work well, and so do pastels like light blue or blush, alongside denim & chinos

• I do love bold colours - especially red, pink and purple work so well on the beach! Do it :)

• No shoes & sunnies

• Bring your favourite accessories such as hats or scarfs

• Avoid big logos

What to bring:

• Any toys or comforters that your little one may need to get through the session happily AND that you are happy to have in the photos (editing toys out won’t be possible)

• SNACKS. SNACKS. AND SNACKS. Hungry kids won’t have any fun.
